Carried out at one of the most well-established universities in Türkiye, İstanbul Technical University, and supported by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, applications for the international “Human Resources Management Master's Program” have started for 2024.

The program aims to train globally recognized Human Resources Managers who can lead human resources according to the conditions of our era. The program is open to applications from all countries, especially the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States, the Balkans and African countries.

All bachelor’s degree graduates who want to work in the field of Human Resources can apply. Applications will be received until June 28th 2024 and the language of the program will be Turkish. Additionally, international students will be able to receive scholarships from the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.

Candidates who will apply to the program should have:

• A minimum GPA of 2.5/4 (65/100),

• An ALES score of at least 65 or a GRE quantitative score of at least 652 (or 152 in the new system),

• At least B1 level Turkish Proficiency Certificate

International candidates who meet all the application requirements but do not have a Turkish language certificate will be given the opportunity to study in Turkish language preparatory classes.
